Product description ♦

1) Material: 6063 6060 6463 6061 T5 T6 T66

2) Surface Treatment: Mill Finished, Anodizing, Electrophoresis, Powder Coating ,Polishing, Wooden grain, Sand Blasting

3) Color: Clear Satin, Bronze, Black, Golden, Silver, other colors for Powder Coating

4) MOQ: 500KG. Usually 12 tons for a 20 feet container; 24 tons for a 40 feet container.

5) Length: 5.8-5.98m, or as customer's request

6) Sample delivery: Two weeks (one week for mould +one week making sample)

7) Sample design: It is better we can get your drawing or sample, we mainly make according to your design, and we can keep confidential for your design.

8) Maximum extruder machine: 8000 tons; Minimum extruder machine: 500 ton

9) If the profiles are coutomized, we will make the sample first, after we get the confirmation from you, we will start production.

Anodized surface treatment

Anodized surface treatment: minimum partial thickness of coating on decorative surface around 8μm - 10μm.

Powder coating surface treatment

Powder coating surface treatment: minimum partial thickness of coating on decorative surface≥40μm;Maximum partial thickness≤120μm.
